RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Thank you for shopping with Neemas.

Because our products are digital products that are delivered electronically, all purchases are generally final and non refundable once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Our digital products may include workbooks, journals, planners, printable resources, wallpapers, sound collections, bundles, and other downloadable digital resources.

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Failure to use or download a product
• Purchasing the wrong product
• Purchasing a product that does not meet personal preferences

BEFORE PURCHASING

Please review the product description, included files, format, compatibility information, and product previews before completing your purchase.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your device or needs, please contact us before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT FILES

If you receive a file that is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product described, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement download, or another suitable solution.

TECHNICAL ISSUES

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to help you access the files you purchased.

If you have a problem with your order or believe you received an incorrect or defective digital product, please contact us with:

• Your order number
• The email address used for your purchase
• A brief description of the issue
• A screenshot or other information that may help us resolve the problem

We will review each eligible request individually and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

EXCEPTIONS

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Neemas reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy when necessary. Any changes will be posted on this page.
